ABOUT

Vasia Attarian and Serafeim Radis met almost 15 years ago and have since been steadily collaborating on a number of theatrical productions in many different positions over the years. After gaining experience producing and coordinating their own shows and running their own production companies, they recently teamed up and started working together as executive producers and production managers in theatrical productions in Athens. In 2021 they worked as production managers in Athens and Epidaurus Festival (“In a year with 13 moons”, directed by Katerina Giannopoulou) and in Onassis Stegi (“Paradise”, directed by Katerina Giannopoulou). Their new company “LeFou Productions” is actively in development. The company aims to organize and produce theatrical and film productions as well as major cultural events.

Vasia Attarian was born in Athens in 1989. She graduated from the University of Athens (Theatre Studies) in 2012 and is currently completing her master’s degree in Cultural Management in the Hellenic Open University.

From 2007 until 2019 she has worked in many theatrical shows as an assistant director in Athens with directors such as Argyris Xafis, Vassilis Mavrogeorgiou, Kostas Gakis, Christos Passalis e.t.c. From 2012 until 2019, she has worked as an assistant director of the Blitz Theatre Group in Greece and its European tours.

She is a theatre director and has directed more than 10 theatrical plays from 2013 until today, in venues such as the National Theatre of Greece, Onassis Stegi, Skrow Theater, the M.Cacoyannis Foundation e.t.c.. She has also co-directed stage performances with Mirto Makridi and Maria Filini.

She teaches theatre to teenagers, theatre history in drama schools and theatre improvisation (with Katerina Mavrogeorgi). She is also a member of the Dooth Theatre Group.

In 2020-21, she has collaborated with Syllas Tzoumerkas as an assistant director and project manager in the development of his new feature film My Soul Startled, and as a second assistant director in the film The City and the City, directed by Christos Passalis and Syllas Tzoumerkas.

She is currently working as project coordinator in Homemade Films productions with Maria Drandaki.

Serafeim Radis

Serafeim Radis was born in 1981 in Athens. He is a graduate of the School of Electronic & Computer Engineering of the Technical University of Crete (2005) and the drama school "Archi" of Nelli Karra.

He is a founding member of Skrow Theater Group (2012-2022), and served as executive producer and project coordinator of Skrow Theater for the entirety of its operation .

He has also worked as an executive producer in Athens and Epidaurus Festival in the: “Against Freedom” (2019), “AVARIA: Things I have left behind” (2016), “The history of Self-Sacrifice” (2014) (directed by Vassilis Mavrogeorgiou).

He has travelled abroad with Blitz Theater Group as an assistant  stage manager. 

In the theater he has worked as an actor in performances in venues such as Skrow Theater, Athens Festival, New World Theater, the Roes Theater, the 104 Theater, the Knott Gallery, the Anesis Theater etc. and has worked with directors such as Vassilis Mavrogeorgiou, Pantelis Dentakis, Christos Sougaris, Paris Mantopoulos, Thalia Matika, Vasia Attarian, Thanasis Dovris.

He also appeared in the 2013 film "Before Midnight", directed by Richard Linklater, as well as in the short films: "Mare Nostrum" by Dimitris Anagnostou (2018) and "Deportation" by Dimitris Kanelopoulos (2013).
